the band but I wanted to start by kind of asking you what's lighting you up right now, but I what I want to ask is I mean it was looking today

and it's like you've only made six solo albums, right? I've lost count, but probably something like that, yeah.

What's the process when you decide, you know, being somebody who spent so many years

writing so many songs and being so prolific and being on the room from when you were

14 years old

What's the period in between like for you and how do you decide?
