Robert Isaac Hurt, Robbie, to those who knew him best, was a 37-year-old from Ringgold, Virginia.

He was a married father of three and worked in construction. On the evening of December 9th, 2018,

after recovering from a drug overdose.

Robbie's truck was found a mile down the road.

He was never seen again.

So, you know. And, The phrase Know Thyself is one of the oldest concepts in philosophy.

It predates Freud, the U.S. Constitution, the Magna Carta, the Bible, and ancient Greece. But what does it mean?

Well, if I may rip off the free dictionary.com for a moment, know thyself means being aware of your own limitations and knowing what you're capable of doing.

In 21st century jargon,

Know thyself means stay in your lane.

However, in saying that two-word phrase,

I also think of a topic that once in a while comes up on

unfound. Could a missing person have developed some kind of amnesia and still be out there alive. But he or she doesn't know who he or she really is.

There are virtually no stats or studies on the topic. Although there was a story within the last couple years of a

guy who was in New Hampshire who ended up in California claiming he had no idea

how he got there. Remember that? I should say, I'm still not

convinced that's what happened. Yet all of us have heard of at least one

missing person's case that was solved when a person broke out

of their amnesiac fugue and contacted their family. Well in the
