Crown Court judges have been ordered to delay sentencing hearings

It's a crazy story, Kevin.

And what I'm trying to understand here is what's the point of the government

if they can't keep some of the most dangerous criminals

off of our streets? I mean, haven't they failed in their most fundamental sort of duty to

us to the British public, that they, you know, keeping rapists potentially on the streets for

extra weeks when they should be banged up in prison? And I think it's just a complete failure

of the British state. What's going on? Absolutely. And I gather that this crisis
