This is a Rob's Rants episode so I have a question for you do you want to be right or do you want to be rich do you want to make excuses or do you want to make money so in the past for sure I have done this and I see many other people

do it. They spend so much time and expend so much energy trying to be right. Like being right is important.

But imagine this.

Imagine if you stop trying to be right,

but started trying to do the right thing.

Imagine if you stopped arguing about facts and started solving meaningful problems.

Imagine if you invested that energy in arguing and criticizing others about who is right and what is right,

and you put that into caring for your clients and your customers and desiring to solve their problems.

Now here's the thing with being right.

No one is actually right about anything, myself included, we are all just giving our perception of reality, which isn't the reality, it is only our perception.

So it's completely futile to spend all of our time and all of our energy being right when

we can only ever be right in our own mind, because there is no one single reality there is only our perception.

The next thing is, when you spend all your time and energy in not bullying but pushing to someone to have your opinion and take on your point of view to agree with what you

believe is right, they never go, oh thanks for bullying me into thinking that agreeing with you that you're right and I was wrong and you're right no one ever thinks that

Everyone just begrudgingly goes okay well you're right and then wants to spend all their time and energy, moaning

and complaining and resisting how you made them feel because you forced them into thinking

that you're right. Now people will use their leverage and
