It's kind of a rant, it's kind of a plea, it's kind of a reaching out to all the wives, the

girlfriends, the mumpraners, the mums, the ladies, the inspirational women who are born to show the world more of who they are and not just be,

you know, a parent and not just be a slave or a servant to 58 kids and demanding devourish fiances and husbands like I might

be to my fiance and men listening this is important for you to support your

ladies that you love in your life to do this too.

So there are many amazing inspirational entrepreneurial ladies like Oprah Winfrey, like Cheryl Sandberg, like Karen Brady, like Ariana

Huffington. And whilst not every lady is born to be a billionaire or a global

leader of Facebook and Google, I believe there's more in you to show the world and to shine

and I want to tell you that you can do it and I've had some experience in this with my fiance and I've seen what she's gone through

when she's put her own identity to the bottom of the list and maybe how you can bring your

identity back up to the top of the list. I so admire the amazing ladies who've raised

children and they're a great wife and they've built their great business and

they lead an amazing career. We've got many of those ladies

in progressive property who are doing you know those things and

lads men we've got it easy you know we've got a we've got to look after ourselves and run our own career and I think we should honor that and support

The ladies in our life that we love so can we give them a bit more time to themselves? I've tried to do that a lot more with Gemma. She's away most evenings to be honest and she, you know, I was going to say I babysit the kids like there's someone else's kids. They're my kids. But Gemma and I have this arrangement where if she wants to go to the gym or she wants to go and socialise with her friends or she wants to spend a few hours on her side Amazon business that either I will take that responsibility on and will fit that around when I'm free and I'm free quite a lot now or we'll ask
