He's taking criticism for using the term veteran to describe himself.

And so many people for a long time, because obviously we have put this race, the secretary of state

trades at the forefront of your thinking, and you know, look, we, we, we, I, whatever, really,

I'm impressed with Jeff Moore, the libertarian. We talked him many times.

But they said, when is Diego going to get a nickname? And I said, I told them, I said,

the nickname is not something you can rush. It's not something that is forced.

The nickname comes to you. It's something because we will use it then going forth.

And people will become known by that name. It'll be to our audience. Someone you don't even

have to say the actual name. This will float out into the ether. This will be the talk of all

of central Indiana politics the rest of the day, whenever we unveil it. I said, it is not something

you have to treat it with respect. You have to love it. You have to embrace it. You have to think

it through. And quite frankly, and this is, this is, you know, case of your sports fan,

when you press in sports, you know, if you're trying to hit a home run, you're not going to hit

home run. You try to hit a, you know, hole in one or you're not going to hit a close to the pen.
