Hey everybody what's going on Rob Cesternino and I'm really excited for this project that

I took on this afternoon.

Sort of came to me as I was running some errands today and I started thinking about how like

what pressure cooker tonight really exciting I know everybody's very pumped up but you

know I really did not remember exactly how the pressure cooker worked I mean it was all

the way back from 2005 the one and only time that they did the pressure cooker so I thought

it might be fun to do a deep dive into the original pressure cooker.

Give you a little bit of a primer of what to expect for tonight and what this might

ultimately look like by going back to the original source material so I've got a little

bit of a story time with Rob here to go through the original telling of the 2005 pressure

cooker competition and so it should be fun I'm just going to try to keep this brief because

I know that we've got the live show coming up here tonight of course on Rob's podcast

we will have coverage which will kick off at 1015 PM we will be covering live what's

happening on the pressure cooker and also recapping tonight's eviction vote but very happy

to have you here I love this format I do this every week during the survivor season for

the survivor burning question so this is my first attempt at the big brother burning

question here and so the question here today is what is the pressure cooker why do people

care about it because if you have not gone back and watched big brother six recently

then let me do some table setting here for what we are about to do so all right picture

it let's go all the way back to the summer of 2005 it was August 11 2005 day 40 of big brother

six the top movies at the box office were things like the dukes of hazard wedding crashers

and the 40 year old version that that version is now 58 years old it was eviction night
