Podcast and obviously now a video. I'm here with Joe fairly and Joe actually founded

co-founded green and blacks back in 91 I believe. Back in 91.

And could you just kind of take us back to then?

Everyone is watching is an entrepreneur or a want to be entrepreneur

as you know you've been.

So just tell us how it all started so I was a journalist I was a

former magazine editor I was used to writing about other people doing things not

doing them myself and one day I walked into my husband's office and I found two

squares of dark chocolate on his desk.

He was a Whole Food entrepreneur with a company called Whole Earth Foods.

I married him for his peanut butter actually. And I put the two squares of chocolate in my mouth from this

sample bar and I realized this was the most delicious chocolate I'd ever eaten and

so therefore I just said what are you going to do with it and he said well

I can't really do anything it's got sugar in and basically I nagged him and nagged him and

eventually he turned around and said look why don't you do it and so I did.
