Corey Wong. I'm your host. Today is a great conversation with Rob. He's one of my favorite

guitar players in the world. Many of you know him because of his work with Tremerequoy.

Many of you know him as a session cat, guy who's toured with a bunch of artists.

If you're not familiar with that side of his playing, he's played on stuff with Katie Perry, Kanye, Kylie Minow, Robbie Williams.

The list goes on.

This is a cat who has played on so many records, so many tours.

He might not necessarily be the guitar player that all the magazines are writing about, but I'll tell you what.

He's a cat that artists and producers around the world are talking about because of the value

that he brings to any project that he's a part of.

He's got a great understanding of music in general, partially because he also

knows how to produce and that sort of thing, but because of his awareness. We're going to talk a lot

about how he crafts parts, how he functions in a band, how to be a part of a band where there's a

really charismatic personality, and just band dynamics in general. So I'm excited for you guys to hear our conversation.

Rob and I are good friends.

We met a couple years ago in Chicago at a festival that both Jamirquay and Wolfpack were playing at.

And I was hosting this big after jam.

He and the Cats came out, sat in.

It was so much fun.

We've been hanging ever since.
