| 0:13.0 | Rob, what is it like managing £150 billion or dollars of other people's money? |
| 0:21.0 | It's a great question and it'd be easy to be crushed by the weight of it and I think it's less the amount and it's more than it's 900,000 clarts. |
| 0:34.0 | Wow. So 900,000 people, nearly a million clients. |
| 0:38.0 | Nearly a million clients from babies right the way through to centenarians. |
| 0:43.0 | Almost 55, 45 male, female up and down the UK. |
| 0:49.0 | So 25, 35 roles, 35, 45 mostly elder people because they tend to have more money. |

| 2:18.0 | A little bit older. |
| 2:21.0 | But, you know, it's conversations like that where you're, because it's really visceral. |
| 2:26.0 | You're in the room or you were on Zoom and you're like, this is someone's money, this is someone's livelihood. |
| 2:31.0 | Was it kind of easy to sort of step back, look at your dashboard, look at the data, see how hard it's performing on average and know that overall you're doing a good job. |
