Like, there's no way they're going to do enough dumb shit that I'm going to have enough content for a full hour for the next week. But they do. They do every week. How cool was it, by the way, for anybody else watching Handmaids Tale that one of the best episodes of Handmaid Sale I've ever seen, season six, episode nine, that June yells out that

that June yells out that saying, the kind of fake Latin saying of don't let the bastard to grind you down. That's what she yells out in a moment when she thinks it's the end for her. I couldn't believe it. I was yelling. I said, what? We just talked about that exact obscure saying from season one, what are the odds? I feel like that was a sign for us to be real feisty,

and I'm not one to ignore science. Let's do that. In this episode, per usual, we're going to cover a lot of topics. But the thing you're going to hear the most about is this, in quotes, big beautiful tax bill is what they're calling it. And other people who've read the bill are calling it the murder bill, the billion's bill because it's robbing from the poor and giving to the rich and trying to really get down

to the brass tax, pun intended, of what they're trying to do took me a lot of time because they

keep shuffling things around, keep adjusting it. They're meeting it like one o'clock in the

morning trying to get this thing done because they're cowards.

So I have tried to dig in and read everything I can and tell you the gist of what the impact would be of that bill.

restrictive anti-abortion laws. Plus, a ton of other things that have been happening. There's never a dull day. And every single time I do this and I stop and I look into all of this and I try to type it all up, I feel like I'm writing a bull. Like that's how insane it all is. And I know they do it this way on purpose. It feels like I'm trying to hold on for eight seconds and the bull has mad cow. Months ago, in a very low moment, I started a diary, like writing as a mother, dealing with

life right now in this country, watching things fall all around us from my perspective,

what it was like.
