As you've ever wondered where the world is heading, if you've ever wondered where history is moving toward,

or if you've ever wondered, how is this all going to end or play out we have in front of us

the answer Joel 3 verse 14 multitudes multitudes in the valley of decision.

For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.

The sun and the moon will be darkened,

and the stars will no longer shine. The Lord will

roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem.

The earth in the heavens will tremble,

but the Lord will be a refuge for his people,

a stronghold for the people of Israel.

To put it bluntly, history is on a collision course with the roar of the Lord, which will thunder from Zion,

and the whole world will tremble and grow dark

as he roars, the roar of the Lord.

Now in God's sovereignty and his Providence,

we've come to this theme on Mother's Day.

So let me just say to you, happy Mother's Day.

From my heart to yours, to every mom in the house.

And I love that our culture has sort of collectively decided that the word mother is sort of

shorthand for the most intense of anything. Have you noticed that? Like if something's heavy, it's not just heavy, it's like

it's heavy as a mother, right? If something's hot, It's like it wasn't just really hot if it's like actually like crazy hot it's hot like a mother.

If you got hurt and someone's like you you got hurt, how bad did it hurt?

You're like, dude, that hurt like a mother.
