And then we go through a few questions from y'all.

Today is May 31st and it's necrotizing fasciitis awareness day.

I had no idea it had its own awareness day.

It's also National Speak and Complete Sentences Day.

No clue.

And on this date in 1911, the legendary ocean liner Titanic was launched from its construction site in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

And starting with foreign policy. Trump continues to tease concepts of a peace plan. He continued this even while the U.S. and Iran exchanged fire.

More Americans were injured in a strike in Kuwait.

The buildup to the Friday meeting had the Trump administration promising a lot.

The results were anticlimactic.

Details of the sketch of a plan indicate a $300 billion fund to help rebuild Iran is being considered.

So it looks like Trump caved on reparations without calling it that. Also, the U.S. imposed new sanctions

on Iran because, you know, that matters right now. As of Saturday

night, there is still no news from Trump. Trump seems to be escalating his push against Cuba.

He's engaging in a pretty unnecessary buildup of forces, which is really more about diplomatic signaling and posturing than military strategy.

Both Eglund and McDill put Cuba in range.

The problem with Trump is that you don't know if he's posturing to signal, or his advisors are simply too incompetent to know

it isn't needed. The NDAA has a section which would further align the military industrial

complexes of the United States and Israel. The U.S. is literally the world's largest arms dealer.
