And it's another Best Of episode and this time... have the Alex Murdall Murder all murder trial. The Alex murder trial was the biggest trial of the year and

the Colton County Courthouse in Low Country South Carolina opened the case up

for all of America to see.

The murder trial single-handedly put court TV back on the map.

We covered the trial on real life real crime daily enthusiastically from gavel to gavel.

On March 3rd, 2023, we devoted the entire episode to the closing arguments of both the prosecution

and defense documenting and debating in detail the

evidence of the case. So here's what that sounded like as we present the best of

Murdoch. Cretin Waters came into the best of Martel.

Crayton Waters came into the courtroom yesterday.

I think understanding that he was behind

by a touchdown on the scoreboard based upon some things the defense had done in the

final days of the trial.

And he came in and like a quarterback with two minutes left down seven points. I think he drove his team down the field and

and led a great drive and scored. There's a lot that there's a lot that that he did and we're going to go

through a bunch of what was what was covered yesterday but the only criticism I would give him is I think it could have ended 45 minutes to an hour earlier than it did.

I thought that last 45 to an hour was more or less redundant that

he had a jury that had already been out at the Mosell site in the morning and it come back and

had been through a three-plus hour closing from him, they

had to be pretty fatigued at that point.
