Right here right now, let's get right to our top story and that is a deal between Rivian Automotive and Volkswagen. The shares really taking

off. After hours they were even higher on Tuesday night. Rivian as stands, is trading at its highest level since February.

If it closes at this level, it will be the biggest gain one day on record, although I'd caution

following the IPO in November 2021, we did see swings in excess of 50%

and it did not close near those levels. This is a company that I've covered very closely for years.
