0:00.0 | Oh yes, hello. We're back. It's Friday. Nothing out of the ordinary. Today, we're just going to get right into it. |
0:07.6 | I don't know what number full-out of Friday this is. I gave up trying to count a long time ago. I don't know why. I have no explanation for that other than does it really matter what number it is. I'm going to keep doing them as long as questions keep coming in. |
0:20.0 | So, yeah, away we go. |
0:23.0 | Okay, got the red smoke. |
0:25.0 | Roger, sun runs, north and south, west of the smoke. |
0:30.0 | Okay, copy, west of the smoke. |
0:32.0 | Okay, copy, with the smoke, I'm looking at danger close now. |

1:01.0 | Midway through the first class, I'm gassed and I'm feeling like a fish out of water, |
1:05.6 | but also sitting there asking myself, why did I wait so long to start? |
1:09.9 | No shit, man, we've all been there. |
1:11.4 | I found Jiu-Jitsu in my 40s. |
1:14.7 | I wish I had found it in my 20s. |
1:16.3 | I could have found it in my 20s and 30s. |
1:18.7 | But I was so against it because the people I know who were doing it were it so dogmatic and so excited about it that my natural response was no I'm not doing that and now I look back and consider myself to be an idiot. |
1:33.3 | Moving on. |
1:34.3 | I understand I have much to learn, which became abundantly clear |
1:36.7 | as I was getting smothered on the bottom, not having a clue what to do next. |
1:39.6 | Oh, how we've all been there. |
1:42.3 | I'm not sure if I felt this sort of challenge in my life even |
1:45.4 | through military training. Now for the questions, since I'm going to a gym where I know essentially |
