men's national team and Verde Bremen. In 2018, he scored on his debut for both

club and country and in 2017 he became the first

US men's player ever to play in the same calendar year in the under 17 World Cup, the under 20 World Cup, and be called into a senior national team camp.

Josh, on December 7th, you did something pretty remarkable in scoring on your first

touch of your first senior game with Verder Bremen.

What was going on in your mind as you came on in that game

in the 75th minute, and what was going on in your mind when you score on your first touch of the ball?

Yeah, I mean obviously I didn't know if I was going to do it or not and the coach called me over I started

getting nervous but at the same time very excited because it's what you dream

out as a little cave and they called my name when I was coming in and all the

fans were really cool about it and then scoring on my first touch only made

everything twice as good so it was a journey debut.
