Okay, so let's start by sharing a Michael Jordan quote.

Some of you may be familiar with this one.

I've failed over and over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeed.

So I think in the personal growth space, the idea of failure, quote unquote failure, let's

just call it perceived failure, is spoken about in the context of the journey to success.

If you've dipped your toes in the waters of growth and healing, chances are you've explored

how to be in relationship to perceived setbacks and understanding their role in the larger

And yet in my experience, it can be really hard to put that into action when you actually

experience something that does feel like a failure or something that you've been building

toward or working toward or really had yourself set on that just didn't go your way or went

completely the opposite way.

When we're in that, it can be quite hard to reframe the experience as a positive.
