Tributes pour in for Philip Seymour Hoffman who was found dead at his home in New York

after an apparent drug overdose.

The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has released toxicology information

regarding the death of Michael Jackson, and it found that, quote,

the drug's propifal in Mirazapam were found to be the primary drugs responsible

for Mr. Jackson's death.

We do now have a cause of death in the tragic death of Corey Montice.

And that cause of death was a mixed drug toxicity and it involved heroin primarily

and also alcohol.

The American actor Philip Seymour Hoffman has become the latest celebrity

to die from a drug overdose, in this case heroin.

His premature death made headlines around the world, but what's less reported

is the writing number of people in the United States in general who are dying

from drug overdoses.
