Say, large parts of the country have been ravaged by rain with tragic in some cases fatal results.

Do we appear to have been better prepared than usual?

I don't think so to be honest. We always seem to fall as soon as there's any kind of

slightly worse than usual weather event. So whether it's snow, heat,

flooding, we always seem to crumble. Leaves.

Leaves, leaves on the track.

Yeah, it always seems to just creep up on us and then we can't believe this has happened and we don't know how this has managed to happen and why we you know why nothing's been done.

I think this is pretty symptomatic of the government's approach to most crises right?
