We're talking about Minute 73 of the rise of Skywalker, of course.

And Minute 73 starts off with Janna, the Stormtrooper, asking in disbelief if Rey stole the skimmer.

And it ends a minute later, within the Stormtrooper telling Poe with great certainty that he, Poe, is not Leia.

Ouch.

Yeah, Rey steals a boat.

Yeah.

Yeah, Janky, do you look at boat?

How contrived do you think the explanations are that a girl who grew up on a desert planet knows how to operate one of these sea skiffs, custom-built sea skiff in giant waves?

Is the force just kind of like, have carte blanche?

Pretty much, right? Well, I mean, once you get it going, you can get the motor going and she is mechanically adept.

You know, she spent a lot of time growing up in a junkyard and working with mechanics and she can easily fix things.

We know that. We saw her mechanically gifted kind of tendencies with the Falcon and all that.

So assuming that she could find it and get it running, then it's just a matter of pointing it in the right direction and it does most of the floating.
