Summary

Yes, for the first few days, this will be exhausting. But so is any kind of change. Deal with it. The reward on the backside is incredibly worthwhile. There is no perfect time to make a change, it will always be difficult. But the sooner you start, the sooner you reap the benefits. I can hear it now, “but we need sleep, Ryan!” Yes, that is correct. But it’s the quality of sleep that matters, not the quantity. And if you stop staring at your phone while lying in bed, this process would come much easier to you.

Try it tomorrow. Wake up early, go outside, leave the technology, only focus on positive things. This will jump start your morning. Then ask yourself, “What would you do today if this was your last day?” And the answer to that question my friend, is how you go after every single day.
