It is our Sunday baseball conversation with Colin Brister. It lives on, despite this team looking dead two, three weeks ago. The Sunday baseball conversation lives on. Ole Miss sweeps LSU. They're squarely back in the NCAA tournament mix and have changed the course of their season in a matter of about nine days as the rebels are now winners of seven in a row

and six straight SEC games. We got into a lot of that, the weekend that was why this

offense looks different or why this team looks different as a whole, how they fit into a

regional with the starting pitching they've cultivated and a number of different topics,

including what they need to do to get in, the very outside shot of hosting, which we made

clear we talked about it probably for too long, but we both definitely believe that

is an outside, outside shot.

But I thought the conversation was certainly worth having, as well as the midweek game against Arkansas

State, which by the time I released this, I cut this up around lunch on Monday right after

they announced it.

Ole Miss has canceled that game with Arkansas State.

I think Colin and I actually both agreed they would end up playing it.

But I don't think that really change as much.

We had the debate of why you should, shouldn't play it from an RPI standpoint.
