I think the first night of SEC media days

about five, six weeks ago. We now sit here on the Eve, Eve, Eve. Most people listening to

be Eve Eve. This is just bad content. It's Wednesday before week zero. Football season is back.

It's kind of crazy how quickly it goes. You know, when I was a reporter, I always thought fall camp dragged on and I was like, damn, 10 days in. You still have like two and a half or three weeks sometimes before the season. You're kind of out of stuff to write about. Maybe it's just the fact that I'm doing it part time now, but it's seemingly gone a lot faster. Maybe it's because Ole Miss has had no shortage of storylines, but fall camp or

preseason camp is not dragged on like I felt it has in years past. Have you all experienced the same

thing? What's kind of your opinion on that? Yeah, it is kind of moving faster. I think some of it

has to do with the conference realignment crap that has been going on. And it's, I've gotten to a point now where

I guess there's reporting out of the San Francisco Chronicle that Stanford Cal and SMU are

finalizing a deal to join the ACC and football and men's and women's basketball. That was

interesting for a little while for me with Oregon and Washington and that kind of stuff.

Now I just, I find it so incredibly stupid.

Stanford and Cal in the ACC to me makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

You cannot rationalize it to me at all.

And I'm not interested in it anymore.

With football so close, it's like, okay, this was nice when we had nothing else to do.

But now that it starts at just a couple of days, you're all a bunch of idiots.

This makes no sense whatsoever.
