What's up you guys? Welcome to this week's episode of Don't Think, the podcast for anyone

who needs a little time off of their own brain.

That is my favorite thing to do is distract myself in any which way from my own thoughts.

I actually made a TikTok the other week.

I went to my boyfriend's soccer game.

And as I was watching the game, I've watched sports before, obviously.

I've had previous boyfriends who were athletes, whatever.

But when I watch sports, typically, I find my mind drifts off. I can't pay attention.

But I was noticing when I was watching my boyfriend's game that I was paying close attention to him

because A, soccer is a sport that I, at least more recently, am actually interested in because I play,

horribly mind you, but I play. And B, I'm actually interested in because I play horribly, mind you, but I play.

And B, I'm really interested in watching my boyfriend because he's a really good soccer player. I admire that since I understand how hard it is as somebody who tries the sport and is terrible at the sport. And I care about him. I love him, obviously. It's just enjoyable, right? And I finally get it. because I'm watching it and I'm so focused on it that I'm not thinking about anything else.

And I'm like it. Because I'm watching it and I'm so focused on it that I'm not thinking about anything else.

And I'm like, wait a minute. So I was at the game and I made a TikTok being like, I finally figured out why men love sports.

It's because while you're watching the sport, you're not thinking. It's amazing. And someone commented and was like, a local woman discovers

entertainment, which I thought was kind of funny because I'm like, that's fair. That is what entertainment's

supposed to be. But I feel like when you have a racing mind, OCD, anxiety, you are bad at enjoying

entertainment because your brain just goes, goes, goes, goes the whole time. I can't just sit down and watch a movie unless it's the best movie in the world, then maybe if I'm lucky, but my mind just goes and goes and goes. And I mean, that's the whole point of this podcast is that when I started it, I was kind of in this phase in my life where I just started listening to podcasts and I'd realize that when I listened to them a really good one

or a really good episode, I'd stop thinking. So here we are, not thinking together during the show.

When I record this podcast, I'm so locked in that I can't think about anything other than
