yesterday in Miami. I know you have a big move potentially coming up and that made me think, Jack,

because you're saying on your snap, like I'm moving to Miami this that, is that me? You're about

Beach is essentially an island. So you've got Florida, which is a peninsula, which means three of the

four sides are covered by water. You know that. Okay, you know that. Don't give me that. I know I do know

that, but like that sounds like something that somebody told you like yesterday. No, no, no,

everyone. You don't just casually drop. Everyone knows Florida's a peninsula. Everyone knows that.

You don't know. No, nobody casually. Nobody can't know. I do. Well,
