Hey, thanks for having me to chat a bit, Damien.

Yeah, definitely not the best occasion upon which

to, you know, heap accolades on our good friend but the good thing

about Dallas is that no matter the circumstance even in light of his own passing

there's still a lot of good things to say about him all the time and I think

the good memories and the good stories will, you know, outlive even his time on earth, so, you know, we're lucky to have to have known it yeah and I don't think now's the time but at some point

We'll do a celebration thing and have a bunch of people on hopefully to tell some of those stories because there are a lot of incredible

Dallas stories to get to. He was a remarkable remarkable person especially because the

biggest impact he's left on the world with the Sadies is is bracketed on all sides by this

like really rich musical history actually and you know this is stuff that you know

doubt go deep into in the episode and but you know we got to know Dallas as a lover of our

music and you know I think we could both say that we were sort of surprised that he knew

who we were or were on his
