Trump administration officials are considering inviting some people convicted in the January

6th, 2021 capital attack to the White House.

That's what two sources familiar with the talks told CNN.

On Monday, President Donald Trump pardoned more than a thousand people charged in the riot

and commuted the sentences of 14 people in the proud boys and oathkeepers who were charged with seditious conspiracy.

So this is January 6th. These are the hostages.
