from Sheffield ahead of Brooke versus Spence Junior this weekend.

There's no Ross or Spencer this week, but don't worry, they'll be back in the hot seats next Wednesday.

In their place, I'm joined by a very special friend of the show, trainer and Sheffield native Dave

Colwell Dave great to see you on Fight Week just how much are you looking forward to

the next few days in your in your hometown pretty much? Do you know what I cannot wear you

know heart I'm still just a boxing fan that just happens to be lucky enough to be working in the sport And fights like this night's like this that's coming up on Saturday night I just I just get excited for and I think it's going to be brilliant.

And it's fantastic for a city, you know, an outdoor stadium fight. There's something special

about an outdoor stadium fight, but it's the fight that's in that stadium that's just

matches everything. You know, Spence coming over here to fight Kelbroke. It's just

it's just a great great fight. Okay well there's only one place to start and that's Saturday's main event.

I caught up with Kel a few hours earlier in the gym and he was relishing his big night

at Brammel Lane.

Kel, Fight Week's finally here and you've bought a bit of Fort Ventura weather with you as well.

Is it fingers crossed that it stays like this for Saturday night?

Oh, fingers crossed there. I've been looking at the weather and it's looking like it's going to be nice sat there so fingers crossed that we have this kind of sun.

You've been counting down the days and the months no doubt.

How do you feel now that Fight Week's finally here? What sort of mentality are you in at the moment?

I'm focused, I'm very focused.

Like I said, I put myself through it in the gym.
