How is the devil are you, sir? Very well, thank you. And we're also joined by former Olympic gold medalist and European

heavyweight champion orderly Harrison looking relaxed on a trip over from America.

Enjoying a little bit of sun today, and it's good to be back and have a few little things

that I'm working on, so I'm looking forward to getting it out there as they say.

You seem happy with yourself and quite content looking back on everything and looking forward now I suppose.

Yeah when I let it go, when I really let go in my heart and soul. I was able to, you know, leave boxing where it was and I'm

not one of them guys are going to sit there and reminisce. I think that's the worst thing to

being stuck in that conundrum and I'm thankful that I didn't get my license

taken away I made a conscious choice you know what father time is

undefeated and it's my time to walk away so I definitely walked away

feeling blessed and knowing that I had a good run

didn't get everything that I wanted to get did it my way and my way unfortunately

wasn't good enough.

I mean obviously one of the problems was expectations were very high when you turn

pro after winning the Olympic gold medal.
