Well thank you Spencer we have a very special guest in studio for us today the former IBS world middleweight champion Darren Barker Darren how are you good good for having me

Well we're here to talk about your auto autobiography. It's out at the the dazzling darkness, it's called,

the Darren Barker story.

It really is quite a remarkable story that you have.

Can you tell us a little bit more about it?

Yeah, basically I grew up like anyone else,

sort of a boxing family my dad was a box and my uncle was a boxer and I got into boxing because of that when I'm making proud and

shortly after my brother followed me in my footsteps and my dad's obviously and

he was going along nice everything was going good and all of a sudden one morning

my brother had a car accident and sort of my life and my family's life turned upside down and yeah

it just it went a bit wonky for a while and when you were putting this book together

was it a difficult process to really think back for all

these difficult times that you came through or was it something that really just

went out onto the page and it was as quickly as you thought about it?

Both if I'm honest with you there was a guy in Ridley who he wrote he helped write the book and he's obviously involved in so many autobiographies of

Yeah Tony Adams was a top seller of some sort.
