How preparation is going for the November 21st, Anthony?

Going really well.

Five weeks out now, just over five weeks out and when I look back in my diary my

training diary from it this time this far out last time I feel that I'm ahead of

where I was then so I'm expecting a better performance on the night.

Is your second training camp since the injury?

Is training any easier this time around?

No, not really.

It's hard or it's hard because you're always looking to, I mean when I say

harder, you're not running self into the ground because you want to train smart as well, but it's

certainly not easy or I don't think it ever should be.
