I was doing fine and then around 3 o'clock PM hit and it was a it's been a very

crazy number of hours and we're going to be diving into that. Obviously the big

story today is the lawsuit

filed on behalf of five anonymous ringboys and the person we are bringing on right

off the top you know him from his work at Between the Sheets with

Chris Zellner and he's got an excellent feature going through all of the 82 pages

that were filed today up on Rolling Stones website. He is David Bixenspan who joins us and David, I am sure as crazy as my day was, yours was that much more insane in terms of the lead up to this and then the actual

case be or lawsuit being filed today. Yeah and you know some of that is for reasons

that we're not going to get into you as well but yeah it was an interesting day you know we

had the there was a miscommunication on the side of the law firm and their PR people

which led to them, you know, putting out their

announcements before our story draw, because obviously, you know, you can tell we had access to the

complaint, you know early
