Episode 37 with Rihanna Teixeria.
"I'm such a planner. It really throws me off when someone wants to change plans."
Rihanna is the brilliant mind behind the Instagram account @thefightforbeauty, and she co-hosts a podcast of the same name.
She is passionate about sharing her story of recovering from eating disorders and chronic dieting and her Instagram focuses on showing women how to ditch dieting and embrace their bodies in a world that tells them they need to be small to be worthy.
Rihanna was diagnosed with ADHD in January and has been on the journey of learning to embrace her ADHD tendencies.
We talk about how her memory was so terrible that she found herself googling “early onset Alzheimer's” at the age of 33. But then when she started watching some of Chalene Johnson’s ADHD videos, she started to put the pieces together.
We also talk about the connections between ADHD and disordered eating and the wild west of ADHD nutrition advice. You’re going to like this one. Enjoy!
