Are you ready this morning? And that you're ready to go? Let's make sure that I get out

there. All right. Mike always pees before the podcast because we get him just as he's waking

up. It actually made me think about how this morning, that's the first thing I do when

I wake up. I think most guys is the first thing you do this morning. I don't even the

first thing you do is ask me if I just call you. I get up at five and I give you a

call 2 a.m. L.a. time. Hey, Mike, if you're peed yet, see, yeah. And it's like a video

of a sitcom. You just throw your arms up in the air, freeze frame, credits are all. So

I actually this morning, I promise we'll get in a basketball. But this morning for some

reason I decided I always I do these stretches in the morning for my back and I always

change into clothes to do that from my sleeping clothes. But I always pee first this morning

I decided to reverse that. And in between changing, it was like an emergency of epic proportions,

the amount that I, that my body was like, no, no, no, sir, you pee first. You don't do

this first. So I understand how important it is for you to pee, Mike. So I think, I think

it's just before the podcast. I don't think I, I think knowing that I can't, because

I get no cell reception in the bathroom. I have to pee during the podcast. I just have

to run and put the phone down and hope you're talking long enough for it doesn't, it's

not noticeable. So here we go. We're, I'm going to lay out the rest of the show. We'll
