0:29.0	We're really excited at the Ezra Institute to equip current and emerging Christian cultural leaders with biblical worldview Christian philosophy and cultural apologetics studies.

0:46.0	print and digital resources. Hi, I'm Dr. Michael Tieson together here today with
0:51.8	Pastor Nate Wright and we're just really excited to be back
0:56.1	together at the end of the summer. Nate what a great conversation we are about to have
1:00.3	as we kind of summarize what God has done over the past number of months and look
1:05.9	forward to the next year while diving into a conversation about institutional culture because we are building the Ezra Institute in Canada and in the United States and in the UK.
1:21.0	And just like other organizations are going through some cultural moments,
1:28.3	so maybe some growing pains.
1:31.4	We're looking forward to building a great Christian worldview training culture
1:36.0	here at the Ezra Institute. So Nate, good to talk to you buddy.
1:40.0	Good to talk to you too, Mike. I'm glad we're back together. It's been a long summer of
1:46.1	really good ministry with the Institute and we'll sort of dovetail this
1:49.4	conversation into some of the ministry that we're doing and some of the opportunities that we have coming up.
1:54.4	And of course next summer as we look forward to some of our flagship training programs and
2:00.6	some exciting stuff to talk about in Ontario and in the US. So lots of good stuff to talk about but we're going to actually start and you're talking about culture there and I think this is really important.
2:11.0	You and I've talked a lot both both of us, as pastors, about how one of the jobs as a pastor is to sort of be a cultural architect of your church as well, right? Like setting the culture of your church, and you and I are both very passionate.
2:23.7	We've talked on this podcast before about just our passion for family integration, family
2:28.9	ministry, not segregating our church, creating a culture there where families are minister
2:33.6	two together and do ministry together and all that kind of stuff. And so
2:36.4	kind of setting the cultural tone of a church is something that you and I have
