conversation. I'm really excited about this. It's not going to be

Jamartisbee. No man the myth the legend today, but we have a special guest, my good friend Dante Stewart, long overdue that Dante is on the podcast and many of you have followed him on Twitter for a long time

Dante's oppression voice a voice for this time a young black man who is doing the work

as we like to call him young Baldwin because he's a speaker and a writer and he's extremely

incisive and his works have been featured of course here at the Witness a Black Christian

collective also Christianity today, Father magazine,

Sojourners, and so many others.

Dante is a writer, a speaker, and a seminary and a seminary and as well.

Also a Clemson grab, but we're not going to hold that against

him. But Dante is really just a passionate voice for justice, a passionate voice for

black identity and I learned so much in our conversation hearing him process these things as a young black man in America in the Christian space.

We talk a lot about tokenism. We talk about what does the church need to do in this season. What do we need to reimagine versus re-education?

I thought that was a really interesting part of our discussion.

Dante is going to be talking to us today about the idea of black rage and black anger and how it's holy and righteous.

And so I hope that you feel seen in this conversation. I hope that black Christians feel as though this conversation speaks directly to you in your lived experience in the wake of murders

like Ahmad Arbury, Brianna Taylor, and yes George Floyd.
