Oh, I know that feeling then you know maybe you wake up and you just feel a bit weird maybe you had a bad dream that you can't remember or you didn't sleep that well and it's actually even hard to pin down a reason as to why you just don't feel good that day.

For whatever reason you just don't feel good and you might do a quick scan of your

life and go okay money's good I'm healthy my relationship's good my kids are healthy, whatever it is,

and then go, hmm, why can't I pin this

to something specific so that I can fix that specific

thing and then feel better.

Look, we are human beings.

No one is programmed to be cheerful and happy and upbeat all the time.

Nobody. In fact, a lot of old research says that human beings only have four states, four key states, glad, sad, mad, scared.

Right? You can assign almost an emotion to any one of those four buckets.

But notice how out of those four buckets, only one might be actually deemed positive, right?
