rather than you know making excuses that oh I really wanted to be there but I had this I just

couldn't I couldn't make it just be honest you'd rather the honesty yeah of knowing that you were not as good as something else?

Because then at least know where I stand with that person and it's okay I I wouldn't have I've never

had the guts to be that straight with people you know if they if they

invite me to something that I don't want to go to I'll never say no I don't want to go to, I'll never say,

no, I don't want to go to that, it sounds dreadful.

I always give some sort of, I'll try to be there, a non-committal, I'll try.

But in the back of my mind, it's like I'm not going to try very hard I'm not even really going to try

and you don't want to say that to people because you know it might hurt their feelings but it's it's harder

when you're married because there are a lot of things that I'm not interested in

and I would love to get out of but if Mandy is interested, then that changes things.
