Four men in the Houston area are facing federal kidnapping charges accused of sexually assaulting women while working as ride share drivers. Federal officials say the drivers are target women who are intoxicated, changed their routes, not let them out of the car and then sexually assault them. The four drivers are now federally charged in separate cases with kidnapping and sexual assault. One of the men, 42-year-old Abdul Mbake,

is considered a fugitive. The other three are in custody. According to court records,

35-year-old Barney Flores's DNA was linked to two other sexual assault investigations

in Texas and California. Other records described 32-year-old Cesar Martel as a serial

rapist accused of strangling and sexually assaulting passengers

in 2021 and 23. The other man is 57-year-old Janica Manitunga. He's accused of sexually

assaulting a woman in a parking garage last April. All three have pleaded not guilty.
