This is the first episode of a mini series within our rider skills series.

It's called Ride Ready, Skills for Adventure.

And what we're doing with this mini series is putting together sort of a step-by-step

program that should give you the necessary skills for your upcoming season or a trip,

but in a linear fashion.

So you're going to be able to go from one right on through to the three

or four episodes that we're doing here. Listen to them in order and gain the knowledge and information

that you can use to get ready for some fun riding. All in order. So kind of like taking a course.

Clinton Smout from Smart Adventures will be our coach for this ride ready mini series. And today

we're starting with static exercises and information,

meaning that you won't have to start your bike.

So this will be great if you're listening in a cold climate and you can't ride right now,

but either way, it's going to work for you.
