Once I kind of got the hang of doing deals, the market started to blow up.

And so I made a lot of money quick.

And then as quick as I made it, the market crash.

I lost everything because I didn't know what to do with the money.

I never had money.

So I think through the crash, I think that was probably the biggest thing that has put me where I'm at is going

through the crash and losing everything I had and learning those lessons. I think

that's the most important thing that happened to me that's got me where I'm at today.
