In this episode, we welcome Rickson Gracie back to the show. He is a 9th-degree red belt in Gracie jiu jitsu and the son of the godfather of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Helio Gracie. Rickson is considered to be the greatest Gracie fighter ever and the Gracie family champion. He is a pioneer in the sports of jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts and was undefeated in his vale tudo (mma) career. 0:54.3	So he was on episode 2, 42 of this podcast. He was actually an eighth degree red belt. And so I think in
0:59.5	the interview he said that he is now a ninth degree. But basically, he's 65 years old and has been a
1:04.7	black belt for 45 years, which makes him a ninth degree red belt. And so this guy is just absolutely incredible. He is the
1:12.4	son of the godfather of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. That's Aileo Gracie. And Hickson's considered to be one of the
1:18.0	greatest Gracie fighters ever of, and he's the Gracie family champion. And he is a pioneer in the
1:23.2	sport of jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts. Whenever was fighting valetudo that was kind of an early
1:27.5	form of m-mama he's undefeated in that and guys i've said before that on my mount rushmore he's on
1:32.4	there so a lot of people will put his brother hoist up there because he won the first two ufc events
1:37.8	ufc one and ufc two and he kind of started the revolution of jiu jutsitsu in terms of its popularity in America. But even at that time,
1:44.8	everyone knew that he was the better fighter by a long shot, including Hoyt's. And we talk about that
