Through her three-decade career as both a solo artist and as the music director for an over 200-member choir for 32 years, she has created the first inspirational 24-hour radio station, B-Radio, and a music catalogue of hundreds of deeply soulful songs that have struck a powerful chord with audiences around the globe. Rickie cares deeply about her community, underserved communities - in particular the treatment of African Americans - and dedicates much of her time to social activism. In this episode, Rickie shares with Lee her musical journey that started as a young child and includes writing her first album, her time at Agape, and the current influences as a spiritual musician.
