discernment the goal of which is to get you to think bibically to help you to think

critically and to compare what people are saying in the name of God to the word

of God. Think of it this way.

God's Bible, the word, God's word, the scriptures, the Bible, it is sufficient.

We don't need anything else. We don't need a living prophet. We don't need anything else. We don't need a living profit. We don't need nothing.

It's sufficient. What we have in scripture is a completely reliable, in errant word of God. And if you claim to believe something about God, the one true God, the only God that actually exists.

And you claim something about Him that contradicts the clear teachings of the word of

God or is not supported or are basically affirmed or taught clearly in the scriptures,

then you're teaching something that is a lie.

You're teaching something that is not there and you're blaspheming.

You are saying something about God that is not true or using his name and his authority

to make claims about him that are absolutely false.

And, you know, the best thing I can tell you to do is to repent and receive the forgiveness of sins offered in Jesus Christ for that terrible
