Time for another edition of Fighting for the Faith.

I'm coming back to work to get rest from the weekend.

Yeah, I mean I had a good weekend.

Although it didn't exactly turn out the way I had planned.

The plans included kayaking and golf and were

slightly interrupted by the fact that I injured my back lifting my kayak.

You know, I know better than that too. You know, you're supposed to lift with your legs. You're supposed to keep your back straight. You're supposed to lift with your legs, but no

Tubby didn't do that. Yeah, Tubby the little rascal character. Yeah, that's a little rascal character. Yeah, Teby, the little rascal character.

No, I bent over and grabbed my kayak and promptly began to lift it and this thing happened in the back of my lower

back it went the past and

they're just no fun because you can't move you know even lying in bed you know just a simple act of switching from one side to another is an ordeal

and and so I decided I would do something I've never done before you know

because guys never ask for directions

anywhere and we don't like getting medical advice either.

And so I decided that I would quietly just get on the internet and type in lower back injury into Google and

came back with these wonderful results that said get this get active it said don't lie on your back and do nothing. It'll make it worse.

And so I thought, no way. Because in the past, you know, I've injured my back.

At that point I've become one of the world's largest and most obnoxious infants.

You know, oh, I'm in so much pain.

So I went the other route.

I got active.
