| 1:13.7 | basically extremists of one sort or another, in Syria. And it was only in 2013 that they |
| 1:20.9 | did a public acknowledgement and it was public news that they were doing that. |
| 1:28.1 | But, of course, it had been going on for a couple of years. |
| 1:30.2 | So we'll have to wait and see whether this is actually enforced or not. |
| 1:36.4 | And do you see it plausible? |
| 1:38.2 | Some analysts stipulate that the rebel funding has ceased only for certain groups. |
