Before we get into the Derby, let's get his take on RFK being demolished.

Oh, I have no tears left for this.

It's been so long and going.

And I know know people say,

hey man, I'm gonna go watch and blow it up.

They're not gonna blow it up because of the air quality situation.

They don't want to asbestos in the air and kill us all.

So they're demolishing it, you know, they're going to take that overhang and lower

to the ground and then bulldoze it, but you won't see boom or anything. But yeah, my dad took me there in the

mid-60s to watch Senators games. And it is a piece of Washington that's going away but what isn't anymore?

Yeah, it's all new. I'm looking forward to maybe sitting there with a new stadium.

So do you think that's going to happen or do you think it's going to be homes built there?

I mean that's a great question and it keeps flipping all the time as to which way it could go.

Right. But you know know, so I, I used to, at one point I thought it was 90% done and then now I'm down to like 50-50 again.

It could be Landover.

I know everybody would like to go to RFK overall and the thing is it's going to be a few more years before you can really make this whole deal happen and who's the politicians then you know I don't know if the mayor will be at then I mean they can talk about it now but ask Ted Leungis what it's like to talk about it now you know show me the real players.
