I'm your host, Rick Shields. I'm actually not here with co-host guy. We're on quite literally on the other side of the world to each other. But somehow

technology. I still don't even know how it works. We are making a podcast. Guy is in, from what I

believe, an incredibly sunny Manchester. You say a lot when you're away that I'm in

sunny Solford or sunny manchester and normally you're

lying rick you're telling lies however today you could not be speaking more truth however like a typical

brit i'm going to moan it is too hot it is touching 30 degrees already at 20 past 9 in the morning

we are not set up for it in this country it is hot it is sweltering um yeah you're not missing

much uh well a question because

that studio is normally very cold. I'm guessing you've not got the radiators on underneath the desk.

I have not indeed. It is actually our workspace, our office is actually probably one of the best

place to be right now because it's cool. But yeah, outside, it is just already it's baked. And it feels different. When you're

at home in the UK, it's obviously great to have nice weather. Of course it is. And you start thinking

golf, golf, golf, golf, golf. But it just doesn't feel quite the same as being abroad when you've

got swim pools and you're just in that totally different mindset when you've still got, in my case, golf. But it just doesn't feel quite the same as being abroad when you've got

screaming toddlers who want everything in sight and it's hot and it's sweating. There's that

sun cream all of this. It's all sticky. It's like, oh. But anyway, no, it's a great long weekend

here. Just on that, I bloody hate sun cream.

And you'll know with two little kids, I've got, obviously got three, I still need to

apply sun cream up to them.

How is there not a solution to this yet?
