0:38.9	reaching out to you is to remind you of something. November is a very special month for all of us
0:46.1	who follow and are involved in the ongoing research of the JFK assassination. Of course, as we all
0:52.7	know, the assassination anniversary is November 22nd each year.
0:57.4	Strangely, November 22nd falls on a Friday this year, just like it did in 1963. And in less than two
1:04.3	weeks, it will be exactly 61 years to the day since we lost our president to an assassination.
1:12.0	It's hard to believe it's been that long.
1:14.4	Last year, 2023 was the first time in my life that I had the opportunity to get to one of the annual
1:22.3	conferences, the conferences that occur in some cases every year, and in other cases, on big anniversary dates
1:29.5	like the 60th that was held last year in November.
1:33.0	Last year, of course, was a very special year.
1:35.9	It was the 60th in the conference, the big one, was held in Pittsburgh at Duquesne University,
1:42.8	put on by none other than Cyril Wecht and the Kappa Group.
1:47.3	I mean, it was spectacular.
1:49.3	Almost everybody that you wanted to spend a moment with was there.
1:54.0	But there are three outstanding conferences that were scheduled this year, all of them in Dallas as they usually are in the
2:03.8	off years. And I've been lucky enough to be invited this year. Well, actually, I'm subbing this
2:10.5	year, or I shouldn't say subbing. I'm actually co-hosting with my colleague Rick Russo, an event put on by the JFK Historical Group.
